Botanical Learning Center What Kinds of Native Plants Cottonwoods, willows and western redbuds are three tree specimens that are easy to grow. A plant list will be developed based on NPS restoration needs. The school district can do their own marketing and research to determine what other plants are desireable for landscaping purposes, significant to wildlife, culturally relevant, or have other interesting attributes.
